Social Anxiety Group

Yes, it is difficult for people who have social anxiety to come to a group about it and interact with the thing that causes their distress. Come anyway. Our group works together to unpack the mental processes that cause social anxiety, and develop social competence through real practice in a safe, supportive environment. Our maximum number of participants is five people. We meet on Saturdays at 11:00am.

The Men's Group

This group is to help men be better equipped at dealing with life issues by developing mental maturity. Group members assist each other in exploring and securing their passions, identities, and purposes. Although some men may be initially reluctant to enter a support group, most participants become comfortable in the setting and enjoy the interaction with other men who face similar personal struggles. We currently meet on Saturdays at 10:00am

Codependency Support Group

This group is designed to help individuals learn how to develop coping strategies, halt the enabling of bad behaviors, set boundaries, meet your own needs, and detach with love if necessary. Discussions focus on how codependent behaviors affects oneself, and how to make changes that are necessary for healing. Learning how to improve unhealthy relationships is a starting point to helping oneself and your loved one. We meet on Saturdays at 9:00am.
