Rachel Lovely, Spiritual Coach

Donato Coluccio, Business Coach

General Manager at the Joinery hotel Pittsburgh, a Curio collection by Hilton. Donato started his hospitality career by obtaining a degree from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. While getting his degree Donato would go on to become a member of the American Culinary Federation since 1993. Along his journey Donato was recognized as Chef of the Year in 2003 and received ACFPC professionalism award. Having worked at some local hotels in downtown Pittsburgh such as DoubleTree Plaza, Marriott City Center as Director of Food & Beverage and Corporate Executive Chef (respectfully). Donato went on to become Executive Chef at the pristine Capital Grille in downtown Pittsburgh where he was also Partner, R&D Chef, and Strategy Planning Chef. Having worked at the luxury Capital Grille for several years, Donato decided to open his own restaurant, Donato’s Restaurant, in Fox Chapel, where he operated from 2015 to 2018. To further pursue his hospitality career Donato decided to get back into hotels as the Director of Food and Beverage with Sage Hospitality at the Renaissance Pittsburgh. Since that time Donato was promoted to Director of Operations, then to General Manager at the Joinery Pittsburgh.  

In his career, Donato operated a top-ranking profitable restaurant, managed venues with up to Thirty-Eight (38) million in revenue. He has successfully opened, transitioned, and had oversight of 19 restaurants and hospitality venues. Donato developed numerous associates who have since moved on to become General Managers, Executive Chefs, and Managing Partners for several nationally known Michelin star restaurants.   

Donato has two daughters and often enjoys spending time in the gym and cooking for private events, local charities and high-profile clients he has maintained over the years. When he is not busy at the Joinery, he enjoys taking trips to Kentucky, South Carolina, and Buffalo. Donato enjoys a fine bourbon and spending time with friends and family. Most of all he loves working side-by-side with other exceptional people in the industry.
